Chicago Trivia: Whaddya mean, the river isn't always that color?
The Local Tourist, NBC5 Street TeamIt's a long-standing tradition, and one of the quirks of Chicago, that every year for St. Patrick's Day the river is dyed green. Who's the company responsible for turning the river chartreuse?
